This Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clear terms for customers, payment processors, acquiring banks and commercial partners.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific reservation terms, hotel reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Reservations cancelled after the free cancellation period may be subject to partial or full charges.
Vacation rentals, apartments and villas may have specific cancellation terms depending on the property, dates, owner/operator conditions and booking type. The applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated before or at the time of booking.
Airport transfers, car services and transportation bookings may be cancelled or modified according to provider terms. Standard transportation reservations should generally be cancelled at least 48 hours before service time unless otherwise stated.
Yacht charters are subject to special cancellation rules due to vessel scheduling, crew arrangements, marina fees and weather conditions. Deposits or prepayments may be non-refundable depending on the charter agreement.
Corporate travel reservations may be subject to group terms, negotiated rates, deposit conditions and specific provider cancellation rules.
Failure to appear for a confirmed reservation or scheduled service without prior cancellation may result in no-show charges, including partial or full reservation charges.
Approved cancellations eligible for refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy and the payment method used at the time of purchase.
